Across two spacious properties, located within 2 minutes walk of each other, choose from 4 mixed dormitories (Starting from $8/night) and 7 private rooms (Starting from $18/night).  In total, across the two properties, we can accommodate up to 28 people in dormitories and another 23 in our private rooms, making us a perfect choice for solo travellers or large groups.

Our main property, “Cocibolca”, features the main reception area and swimming pool, while our second property, “Xolotlan”, offers our café, serving a mix of delicious breakfast items.  Both properties offer free high-speed wireless internet as well as lots of space to relax and meet other travellers.

Guests are welcome to move between the properties at any time to take advantage of the various facilities offered at each of the houses.
